What Services Are Eligible?
Scholarship funds can be used with approved vendors to pay for:
- Specialized educational therapies (e.g. speech, occupational, behavioral)
- Tutoring and academic coaching
- Curriculum and instructional materials
- Homeschool supports
- Adaptive tools and technology
- Other approved educational services that meet a child’s learning plan

What Makes a Vendor Eligible?
You may qualify if:
- You offer services or materials that directly support a student’s individualized education
- Your organization or practice complies with Utah state regulations
- You are willing to follow CFEF’s payment and accountability procedures
