Bridle Up Hope is more than a riding program—it’s a life-changing experience for girls and women. Founded with the mission to inspire hope, resilience, and joy, the program blends the power of horsemanship with life skills that strengthen both body and spirit.
At the Mapleton, Utah location, students participate in the signature Girl’s and Women’s Experience, where lessons are tailored individually to each participant. From horseback riding to yoga, art, cooking, and outdoor activities, every class is designed to build courage, self-worth, and lasting skills. In addition, service opportunities create a sense of community, purpose, and connection that enriches the experience even further.
The story of Bridle Up Hope is rooted in a passion for horses and a desire to make a difference. Founder Janis Lindley, along with her husband Corey, partnered with the Covey family’s Bridle Up Hope Foundation to extend its reach in Utah County. Their vision was simple yet profound: combine equestrian training with character-building lessons that help women and girls face life’s challenges with confidence and hope.
