Welcome to Friday Night Flag—one of the largest youth flag football leagues in the West, with over 8,000 participants each year. Whether your child is brand-new to football or looking to sharpen competitive skills, our league offers the ultimate game-day experience, played Under the Lights on Friday Nights™.
As an NFL Flag-affiliated league, Friday Night Flag is open to boys and girls from Pre-K through 8th grade. Players enjoy fast-paced 5-on-5 games with 8–10 players per team, ensuring plenty of action and development opportunities. Every athlete receives an official NFL Flag reversible jersey, shorts, and flag belt—making them feel part of the game from day one.
Our program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and equal playing time. Practices are held just once a week, and the season includes at least six exciting games, plus playoffs and a championship finale. Along the way, players develop essential skills—catching, running, defense, and agility—while learning how to thrive in a high-tempo, team-centered environment.
But Friday Night Flag is more than just football—it’s community. With local food vendors, family-friendly events, and a spirit of togetherness, game nights become a celebration for players, parents, and fans alike. Our strict zero-tolerance policies ensure a safe, supportive environment, with trained coaches and an emphasis on respect on and off the field.
