Led by Elizabeth Tidwell, a menstruality educator and parent, each First Moon Circle creates a safe, sacred space for kids and their caregivers to learn, ask questions, and connect. The experience includes interactive learning, hands-on demonstrations with menstrual products, self-care practices, and a beautiful Wisdom Sharing Ceremony that invites parents to offer guidance and support.
Children leave with a personalized gift bag filled with cycle-supporting items, a handmade beaded bracelet symbolizing their cycle, and a 22-page illustrated booklet to reference at home. Parents also gain insights and tools to continue open, supportive conversations about puberty and menstrual health.
