Surge Academy is where creativity meets technology. We offer engaging, hands-on courses in coding, game design, and digital media for learners ages 4 to 17. Our mission is to empower students with real-world tech skills while sparking their creativity and curiosity in a fun, supportive environment.
Our First Bytes program introduces children ages 4–6 to the world of STEM through storytelling, play-based learning, and creative building—blending screen-free activities with beginner tech exploration. For homeschoolers ages 7–17, our Tech Creators Program delivers a full-day, project-based experience each week, covering topics like coding, digital arts, and game development.
Prefer online learning? Our Virtual Cohorts combine weekly live instruction, 1:1 mentorship, and collaborative online classrooms so students can thrive from anywhere. Fall 2025 courses include Intro to Python, Scratch Programming, and Game Development with Unity & C#.
For students needing a more customized approach, we also offer private 1:1 lessons in coding, digital media, and game design—available online or in-person at our Bountiful, Utah location.
