Utah Valley Children’s Choir helps young singers grow in skill, confidence, and discipleship through a clear, faith-centered music program. The mission is simple: Sing for the Lord while building strong voices, strong character, and strong friendships. Families can choose from four progressive choirs that meet weekly. Beginning Choir (ages 4–6) introduces unison singing, steady beat, and stage manners through gospel-based and upbeat activity songs. Hi-Lo Choir (ages 6–9) develops pitch matching, blend, and healthy vocal production in a fun, encouraging setting. Intermezzo Choir (ages 9–14) adds music-reading, two-part harmony, and preparation for the next level. The auditioned Concert Choir (ages 10–18) brings advanced students together for focused rehearsals, regular performances, and projects that share testimony through music.
Across all choirs, instruction is warm and organized. Teachers model good technique, clear diction, and expressive phrasing while keeping rehearsals upbeat and purposeful. Students learn responsibility—arriving prepared, listening well, and supporting their section—so progress shows up on stage and at home. Parents are welcome partners and receive consistent communication about schedules, uniforms, and events.
